Our client in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Analyst to join their team. The Contract Analyst will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and quality control of all contracts within the organization. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of contract-related databases, supporting contract management across the enterprise, and ensuring that all contracts meet professional standards, adhere to company policy, and safeguard the enterprise from reputational and financial risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of all contracts, ensuring that they are accurately maintained, implemented, and managed throughout their lifecycle. This includes the upkeep of contract-related databases to ensure all information is current and accessible.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all contracts are professional and comply with practice standards and company policies. The Contract Analyst will play a vital role in protecting the enterprise from potential risks by ensuring all agreements are meticulously reviewed and approved.
- Support Enterprise Contract Management: Provide support to various departments regarding contract management, ensuring that final contracts are well-crafted and protect the organization from potential liabilities. This includes advising on contract terms, conditions, and potential risks to align with organizational goals.
- General Office Duties and Campus Travel: While primarily an office-based role, the Contract Analyst may occasionally be required to lift and carry items up to 40 lbs and travel within the campus for work-related tasks.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written, grammar, and communication skills are necessary to articulate contract terms clearly and build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Education and Experience:
- Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, five (5) years of non-clerical experience with an insurance, managed care, healthcare, financial, or technology-related organization will be considered.
- Experience: Candidates should have experience in contract management, workflow analysis, and quality control within an office or similar setting. Familiarity with managed care, clerical tasks, and general office duties is beneficial.
