Job Details

Are you detail-oriented and customer-focused, with experience in benefits administration? Join our team as a Benefits Coordinator in Hot Springs, AR, and play a key role in processing and managing the company’s benefit payments and requests.

As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing the company’s benefit payments, including death claims and surrender requests (both full and partial). In addition to handling benefit payments, you will provide customer service support and internal administration functions related to benefits processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process benefit payments accurately and efficiently within company standards and guidelines.
  • Handle death claims and surrender requests, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are obtained and processed in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and beneficiaries, addressing inquiries and concerns related to benefit payments and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of benefit payments and related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of benefit transactions and communications with policyholders and beneficiaries.
  • Stay informed about changes in benefit policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in processing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiencies in benefits administration.


  • Previous experience in benefits administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefit payments and documentation.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with policyholders, beneficiaries, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and performance targets.
  • Knowledge of benefit policies, procedures, and regulations preferred but not required.
