Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team on-site at their manufacturing facility. The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring that all inquiries, orders, and service requests are handled with professionalism and accuracy. Because this role involves working with a diverse customer base, the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is required. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by managing orders, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team-oriented setting, and can communicate effectively across languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, or chat, delivering prompt and professional support in both English and Spanish
  • Process and track customer orders accurately from entry to completion
  • Provide customers with information on products, services, and order status
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving product-related or service-related questions
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in company systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as production, shipping, and sales to ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience
  • Contribute to a professional and courteous work environment while upholding company standards for service excellence

Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with customer service software, databases, or order management systems is helpful
  • Ability to work on-site in an office-based, manufacturing facility environment
  • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet customer needs
