Job Details
We are currently hiring a Bio Production Associate for our client in Rogers, AR. This is a first shift, full-time, temporary position with consistent Monday through Friday hours. The Bio Production Associate will start work daily at 6:45 AM and work 8-hour shifts, offering a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work in a production environment.
The Bio Production Associate will work in the wet production area and be responsible for assisting with the setup of large machinery, performing heavy lifting, cleaning workspaces and equipment, and helping to move materials and supplies as needed. This role involves a significant amount of physical activity and requires a willingness to get dirty, work in wet conditions, and wear appropriate safety gear, including work boots.
Ideal candidates for this Bio Production Associate position must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs individually and moving up to 100 lbs with a team member using provided equipment. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively in English, follow detailed instructions, and work well as part of a team in a fast-paced, industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and breakdown of large production machinery
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Handle and move heavy materials with safety equipment and teamwork
- Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE as required
- Perform physical labor in wet and dirty conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs solo and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must have steel-toed boots or appropriate work boots
- Willingness to work in wet and physically demanding environments
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
