Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $14-15/HR | Depending on Experience

Shift Schedule:

1st shift: Mon-Thurs 6am-4pm, OT on Fri and Sat as needed

2nd shift: Mon-Thurs 4pm – 2am, OT on Fri and Sat as needed

Job Description:

Currently seeking a candidate with machine set up and operation experience for a candle manufacturer in South Fayetteville!

This job has been classified by our client as Safety Sensitive according to state law guidelines and drug testing and fit-for-duty evaluation may be required as a condition of employment. We are hiring for the following positions:

Positions available:

Wick Machine Operator

Mixer/Pour Machine Operator

Scentsy Line Mixer Operator

Job Duties:

Program machines using specifications provided by the customer

Inspect jars for defects and ensure the jar spacing machine is set properly

Ensure adequate production flow, appropriate jar heating, and correct fill height of jars

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Evaluate and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and stand for the entire shift

Ability to work with strong floral fragrances

Must be able to train on 1st shift before being moved to 2nd shift

Detail-oriented with the ability to perform basic math skills and work with percentages
