Job Summary:
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Gravette, AR. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machines, specifically CNC machines, to produce high-quality products. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to learn on the job.
Responsibilities:
• Operate machines, specifically CNC machines, to produce high-quality products
• Ensure machines are set up correctly and functioning properly
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Follow safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills
