Job Details
The Contract Analyst Associate supports the company’s contract management by assisting with administration, organization, and quality control of contract-related databases. This position works with various departments to ensure contracts are accurate, meet company standards, and minimize risk. Based primarily in an office, this role involves occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs) and travel within walking distance of the primary work location.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare and organize contracts, ensuring they meet all standards and are well-documented.
- Maintain and update contract databases for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review contracts and ensure compliance with policies.
- Conduct risk assessments on contracts to identify any potential issues.
Qualifications
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or five years of relevant experience in place of a degree).
- Experience
- Experience in contract administration, compliance, procurement, or legal environments preferred.
- Skills
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
