Job Details

The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for delivering superior, friendly, and effective customer experiences. Utilizing their professional knowledge of company services and programs, they ensure customer satisfaction through a service-oriented approach while also embracing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Calls and Requests: Prioritize the customer experience while addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering solutions. Embrace sales opportunities where appropriate.
  • Communication Skills: Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers across multiple communication platforms.
  • Process Inputs: Manage inputs from multiple sources, including social media and system-based requests, for call-backs, scheduling, and callouts.
  • High-Volume Calls: Engage in high-volume inbound calls, employing effective listening, inquiry, and objection-overcoming techniques while maintaining the highest levels of courtesy and respect.
  • Log Interactions: Record detailed and accurate information from customer interactions.
  • Support Field Activities: Assist with technician scheduling and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Facilitate Resolutions: Handle warranties, parts replacements, and communicate directly with customers to resolve issues.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
