We are seeking an individual who is eager to join our growing team in a customer-facing support role.

Responsibilities:

Delivery and maneuvering of office technology equipment

Interacting with client end-users during deliveries

Vehicle maintenance, including scheduling and delivering oil changes, cleaning, detailing, and maintaining vehicle inventory

Assisting in the warehouse, including forklift operations, unboxing and assembling products, organizing and relocating products, data entry into ERP system, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards

Delivery of supplies and parts as needed, including interaction and data entry using mobile technology

Reports to: Supply Chain Supervisor

Qualifications / Skills:

Positive, team player attitude

Outgoing personality

Ability to evaluate and adapt to different customer environments (office setting, warehouse, manufacturing floor)

Ability to work independently, self-starter, and motivated

Organized, good time management, and attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Microsoft Office/Teams/Text/Phone)

Comfortable with technology such as cell phones, iPad, personal computer

Experience in customer service with sound judgment, discretion, and initiative

Ability to remain reliable, calm, and focused under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere

Clean driving record (CDL a plus, but not required)

Possess or able to attain DOT Certification

Ability to physically move large equipment and lift 60 lbs

Forklift operation experience
