Job Details

Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Driver Check-In Associate to join their team. The Driver Check-In Associate will be responsible for verifying all delivery paperwork for all Delivery Routes daily, ensuring accuracy, and processing the paperwork efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of delivery records and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance All Delivery Routes Daily:
    • Process all delivery paperwork while drivers are present.
    • Verify all invoices for routes are correct.
      • Confirm all deductions from invoices are accurate and verify invoice totals after deductions.
      • Ensure checks/cash match the totals on invoices.
      • Stamp correct payment information on invoices.
      • Notate payment/credit information on the Route Batch Sheet.
      • Separate all paperwork and place it into the correct folders.
      • Turn in all paperwork at the end of the shift.
  • Process Invoices for NWA Routes Received the Previous Day:
    • Ensure all paperwork and deposits are completed before departure.
    • If discrepancies are identified, escalate the invoices to management.
    • Complete daily cash deposits and prepare them for pickup.
    • Communicate any driver, inventory, or invoice issues to management.
    • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.


  • Ability to work past the scheduled shift ending time (8:00 pm) if needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
