Job Details

Our client in Centerton, AR, is seeking a dedicated and organized General Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and providing excellent support to both customers and staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer Phones: Manage incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Take Service Calls: Assist in handling service-related inquiries and scheduling service appointments as needed.
  • Helping with Permits: Support the team in obtaining necessary permits for various projects.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and service schedules.
  • Customer Follow-Ups: Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and follow up on service inquiries.
  • Experience with Triton is Highly Preferred but Not Required: Familiarity with Triton software will be advantageous in performing various administrative tasks.
  • Other Administrative Duties as Assigned: Perform additional administrative duties to support the team and ensure the efficient operation of the office.


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Triton software is highly preferred but not required.
