We are actively seeking a dependable and hardworking General Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team in Conway, AR. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule. The General Warehouse Associate position pays $14.75 per hour and is ideal for someone who thrives in a physically active, fast-paced environment and is committed to consistent attendance and safety.
As a General Warehouse Associate, you will support production and warehouse operations across multiple departments. The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and forklift certification. Responsibilities include assisting with shipping, stocking, general facility labor, and keeping the work environment clean and organized. Experience working in a warehouse or industrial setting is beneficial but not required if you possess the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support general production and warehouse functions in a factory setting.
- Operate a forklift as needed – forklift certification is required.
- Assist in shipping and stocking tasks to maintain workflow and inventory levels.
- Perform general labor duties around the facility, including cleaning and organizing.
- Collect and dispose of trash and operate facility trash compactors.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Adapt to seasonal heat during summer months in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Qualifications
- Must be forklift certified and capable of safe forklift operation.
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and consistent on-time attendance.
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in hot conditions during summer months.
- Strong attention to safety and workplace cleanliness.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and cooperation skills.
