Hourly Rate: $16 per hour

Job Description:

Are you an exceptional individual with a knack for operating hot wire machines? Do you thrive in an environment that rewards initiative and dedication? We have an exciting opportunity for a Hot Wire Operator to join client’s our team in Bentonville, AR. We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to work the 2nd shift, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 midnight, and contribute to our production team’s success.

Responsibilities:

Operate hot wire machines efficiently and effectively to produce high-quality products.

Ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of equipment to achieve optimal production results.

Monitor and control machine operations to meet production quotas and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any issues or deviations from production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and guidelines.

Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and report any maintenance needs.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a consistent attendance record.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating hot wire machines is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality in previous job roles.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Motivated and driven to excel, consistently aiming to surpass expectations.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fast-paced production environment.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.

Shift Availability:

2nd shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 midnight
