Injection Machine Operator

Job Details

Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Injection/Machine Operator in Fayetteville, AR. This role involves recycling plastics to create new products such as dog bowls and Easter baskets. The Injection/Machine Operator will be responsible for the injection molding process, placing recyclable materials on the washer to clean products, and loading/unloading products.

As an Injection/Machine Operator, you will work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to producing high-quality recycled plastic products. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. You will be working 12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule, with Fridays being half days (6 hours).

Key Responsibilities

· Injection Operating

Shifts:

· 1st Shift: 6am – 6:10pm ($15 per hour)

· 2nd Shift: 6pm – 6:10am ($15.50 per hour)

You will be part of one of four teams (Team 1, Team 2, Team 3, Team 4), ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires teamwork and the ability to follow detailed instructions to maintain high production standards.

Qualifications

· Must pass a 5-panel drug screen (including THC)

· No background check required; however, no violent or sexual charges permitted

· Paper orientation to be completed in the office
