Job Details

The Janitorial Services team member will play an important role in ensuring our client’s main office facility remains clean, safe, and professional for employees and visitors. This position will begin with hands-on training alongside an experienced team member to ensure a smooth and confident transition into the Janitorial Services role. After training, the selected candidate will be expected to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
• Dust and sanitize desks, countertops, and high-touch surfaces
• Clean windows, walls, and glass surfaces as needed
• Perform thorough restroom cleaning, including scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets
• Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Secure the building at the end of each shift by locking doors
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of supplies
• Follow established safety procedures and cleaning schedules
• Report any maintenance or repair concerns to management

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products and proper sanitation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to follow instructions and remain organized
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
