Job Details
The Lube Tech will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and basic inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles.
- Inspect and top off vehicle fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, windshield washer, etc.).
- Rotate and inspect tires; check tire pressure and tread depth.
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any issues to senior technicians or service advisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with vehicle systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Automotive service center or dealership.
- May involve standing for long periods, exposure to vehicle fumes, and working in varying weather conditions.
