Job Details
We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators for our client’s manufacturing facility. This Machine Operator role is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to grow into a long-term career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and quality. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are built, cured, processed, packaged, and shipped to meet customer requirements and company standards. This position has been classified by our client as Safety Sensitive under state law guidelines, which means drug testing and a fit-for-duty evaluation may be required as a condition of employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Follow both written and oral instructions to meet production goals and timelines.
- Monitor gauges, dials, and equipment conditions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to support a team-oriented production process.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment in compliance with quality standards.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to achieving company performance goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and carry out instructions.
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions, gauges, and dials.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating production needs.
- Commitment to safety for self and team members.

- Ability to learn and follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand on concrete for extended periods during shifts.
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and climbing steps.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, safety shoes, protective clothing, and hearing protection.
- Flexibility to work shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, with potential overtime as needed.
