Job Details
We are hiring experienced Manual Lathe Operators for a well-established client in Bryant, AR. In this role, you will read and interpret blueprints, set up and operate manual lathes, and fabricate parts from metal or plastic using various shop equipment including milling machines, drill presses, saws, and broaching tools. The Manual Lathe Operator must be detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and comfortable working in a team-oriented shop environment with a focus on safety and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Set up and operate manual lathes and related machinery
- Use precision tools to fabricate metal and plastic parts
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functionality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Manual Lathe Operator
- Ability to use a variety of fabrication tools and machines
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and measurements
- Reliable and detail-oriented
