Job Details
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Manufacturing Production Team Members to join our client in Conway, AR. The Manufacturing Production Team Member plays a crucial role in supporting the production processes that contribute to the creation of high-quality products. This role involves assembling products, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and adhering to standardized work processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Accurately follow assembly processes to produce high-quality products.
- Install small parts into assembled products and use assisting equipment for larger parts.
- Operate assembly tools, such as drills, for both assembly and troubleshooting after training and certification.
- Identify and report potential errors in processes to maintain product quality.
- Maintain a neat and organized production area.
- Utilize mobility tools to ensure safety and efficiency in the workspace.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Lead or Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Basic knowledge of Mac and Windows computer operations.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with production processes.
- Strong ability to follow detailed operating procedures.
- Skill in identifying opportunities for process improvement and effectively communicating suggestions to management.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
