We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Recoup Auditor for a key role in our client’s Conway, AR facility. This position is essential in maintaining inventory integrity by conducting thorough audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing recoup process. The Manufacturing Recoup Auditor will work closely with production, shipping, inventory, and quality control teams to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
As a Manufacturing Recoup Auditor, you will be responsible for investigating damaged or mislabeled products, processing rework orders, and ensuring accurate documentation of all reconciliations and adjustments. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives while upholding a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit and reconcile discrepancies in materials and products between production, shipping, and inventory records.
  • Document and investigate damaged, returned, or mislabelled products in accordance with recoup procedures.
  • Conduct physical inspections to verify product quality, labeling, and inventory accuracy.
  • Rework, repackage, or relabel goods as needed to meet compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material or data inconsistencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and update inventory systems with findings and adjustments.
  • Follow all company safety and quality guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, inventory control, quality assurance, or warehouse auditing.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
