Office Support Administrator
Schedule: 12 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Option 1: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Option 2: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Support Administrator to join our client’s team in Fayetteville, AR, and play a vital role in maintaining the efficient operation of our client’s office. This part-time position offers flexible hours and a great opportunity to contribute to our client’s success. The primary responsibilities include conducting product research for advertising purposes and creating compelling images for social media advertising campaigns.
- Product Research: Conduct research on various products to ensure they are appropriate for advertising, including assessing their market suitability and target audience alignment.
- Social Media Advertising: Create visually appealing and engaging images for social media advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with branding and messaging strategies.
- Data Entry: Efficiently input data across multiple systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to support office operations.
- Canva Experience: Proficiency in using Canva or similar graphic design tools to create eye-catching visuals for social media.
- Social Media Scheduling: Experience with social media scheduling tools, including meta business manager experience, is required to effectively manage and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Professional Phone Etiquette: Demonstrated ability to handle incoming calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy.
- Clerical Experience: At least 1 year of clerical experience, which demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to handle administrative tasks effectively.
