Our client is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Project Support team member for a 6-month assignment in Lowell, AR. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company and support their ongoing technical operations during overnight hours. The 3rd Shift Project Support position plays a vital role in ensuring projects run smoothly by providing essential support to field technicians and project managers alike.

The 3rd Shift Project Support role will focus on facilitating nightly operations by assisting with technician check-in at the beginning of each shift, updating work tickets throughout the night, and ensuring that all deliverables are received and documented. You’ll also be responsible for supporting technician checkout procedures at the end of the shift and providing a clear handoff to the day shift project manager.

This is a highly organized and communication-driven position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently during overnight hours. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn proprietary systems for logging tickets and managing technician workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule: 3rd shift, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Duration: 6-month contract
  • Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Location: Lowell, AR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with nightly technician check-in and check-out procedures
  • Monitor and update service tickets throughout the shift
  • Receive and verify deliverables submitted by technicians
  • Coordinate handoffs to the daytime project management team
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reports and updates
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and project staff as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
