Job Details

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary Supervisor to join their team in Danville, AR. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $62,500 per year, based on experience. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

As the Secondary Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process. You will assist leadership with various supervisory needs, ensuring that the team meets production goals efficiently and safely. Your main duties will include:

  • Supervisory Support:
    • Assist in managing daily operations within the manufacturing floor.
    • Ensure that all production schedules are met with high standards of quality.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any operational challenges that arise.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Maintain and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Oversee the use and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
    • Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any equipment issues promptly.
  • Quality Control:
    • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all products meet the company’s standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process.
    • Address and resolve any quality issues or defects promptly.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.


To be considered for the Secondary Supervisor position, candidates must have:

  • Experience: A solid background in machine shop, manufacturing, and CNC operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to assist in supervisory roles and manage teams effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly address and resolve operational issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
