Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant at our Rogers location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the company’s financial position is projected correctly. You will be responsible for compiling and analyzing accounting activities, preparing financial reports, and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Your exceptional attention to detail and strong accounting expertise will contribute to the success of our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly record and retain accounting entries, compiling and analyzing accounting activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare various financial reports and documents, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements, to reflect the Company’s financial position accurately.
• Review financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to coordinate accounting matters and ensure seamless financial processes.
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager, contributing to the overall success of the finance team.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and support the company’s mission, vision, values, and ethical standards.
• Ensure daily attendance to complete all assigned duties in a timely fashion and contribute to the efficient functioning of the finance department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Public Accountancy (CPA) or equivalent education and experience is preferred, demonstrating a higher level of expertise and commitment to accounting excellence.
