Position Overview:

As a Tax Preparer, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals and businesses in preparing their tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and helping clients maximize their returns. This is a seasonal position running from November through April, aligning with the peak tax season. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your working hours, allowing for both full-time and part-time options to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary financial information.
• Accurately input data and financial details into tax preparation software.
• Calculate tax liabilities, deductions, and credits.
• Verify the accuracy of prepared tax returns.
• Explain tax-related issues to clients and address their questions.
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required; training and educational support will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
