Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer a high volume of calls as a Temporary Customer Service Call Center Agent.
  • Enter notes into accounts and log calls efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform multi-tasking activities involving phone and computer tasks.
  • Maintain a good attendance record.
  • Adhere to the business casual dress code.


  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with Dialpad phone systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, with preferred experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a cubicle setting.
  • Reliability and a strong desire to perform well in the job.
