Job Details

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of their warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 – $20, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations Management: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management of the warehouse. This includes ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations, coordinating with other departments, and implementing best practices to optimize workflow.
  • Team Supervision: As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee a team of warehouse employees. This involves assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Order Fulfillment: A key responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor is to oversee the pulling, packaging, and shipping of orders. This includes ensuring that orders are accurately picked and packed, and that shipments are dispatched on time to meet customer expectations. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are crucial in this role.
  • Warehouse Organization: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining an organized and orderly warehouse. This includes managing inventory, optimizing storage solutions, and ensuring that the warehouse is clean and safe at all times. Your organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our client’s operations.
  • Operational Understanding: It is essential for the Warehouse Supervisor to have a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations. This includes knowledge of inventory management systems, shipping and receiving processes, and warehouse safety protocols. Your expertise will help in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.


  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipping processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
