Key Responsibilities
- Apply mesh thread protectors to the threads of bolts to prepare parts for shipment or further processing.
- Sort parts by size, type, or quality while seated at a workstation.
- Inspect parts visually for any damage or defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Occasionally lift and move boxes of parts or supplies.
- Meet daily production and quality goals set by the supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while seated for extended periods.
- Basic physical ability to lift or move boxes as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or light industrial work is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to work assigned shift and occasional overtime if needed.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
