We are seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join our client’s team in Hot Springs, AR. This role involves performing various tasks to ensure efficient operation in a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production equipment efficiently and safely in compliance with company policies.
- Perform start-up, operation, changeover, shutdown, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, which may include forklifts or other powered equipment.
- Execute manual tasks such as loading and supplying production line items, reworking products, and loading conveyors.
- Ensure quality assurance and testing compliance based on company and facility standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S practices and facility guidelines.
- Provide support for general plant and facility cleanup as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in production, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
- Strong focus on safety and quality while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Physical capability to lift and handle equipment or products weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
- Forklift experience is required for some locations.
