Key Responsibilities
- Process parts for the next department and inspect their quality to ensure they meet our standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members about process improvements and quality control measures.
- Program and load machinery according to production documentation, verifying accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain a keen focus on safety, identifying and addressing any unsafe conditions or practices within your authority.
- Take pride in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in your workspace, contributing to our reputation for quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery and adherence to customer orders and shipping documentation.
Qualifications
- No prior working experience as a warehouse worker required; we welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs; anything over must be done as a team lift.
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Basic math skills to perform calculations and measurements as required.
- Physical dexterity to operate machinery and handle materials safely.
- Availability for shift work as needed to support production schedules.
