The Customer Service position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring that meeting spaces and common areas are properly maintained. This role requires a high level of professionalism, as the individual will be working closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, as well as administrative staff. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic are essential to succeed in this Customer Service opportunity.
The Customer Service associate will be responsible for assisting with office setup and maintenance tasks to support meetings, events, and day-to-day operations. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to complete physical tasks safely and efficiently. The schedule is consistent, but flexibility may be required depending on office needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings, presentations, and events
- Move tables, chairs, and other furniture as needed
- Perform light janitorial duties to maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Lift, carry, and stock cases of water and soda weighing approximately 20–30 pounds
- Assist administrative staff with general office support tasks as assigned
- Maintain a professional demeanor when working with leadership, staff, and visitors
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds safely
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Previous customer service, facilities support, or office support experience is a plus but not required
