Job Details
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to represent our client, a well-established provider of high-quality printing solutions. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships. The Territory Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and increasing market presence across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Present and sell a wide range of print products and services including commercial printing, digital printing, large-format printing, labels, and promotional materials
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing while maintaining profitability and competitiveness
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal production and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients, attend networking events, and represent our client at trade shows
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales role required; experience in the printing industry strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a designated territory
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
