We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packing & Assembly team member in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly packed, assembled, and prepared for shipment with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products following detailed guidelines and instructions.
- Securely pack finished items, ensuring they are ready for shipment or storage.
- Perform thorough inspections of items for defects, ensuring only quality products are shipped.
- Accurately label products and packaging with correct shipping and identification details.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse operational procedures.
- Operate packing and assembly equipment, including box sealers and labeling machines, as needed.
- Consistently meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Prior experience in packing, assembly, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift items up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to maintaining production schedules.
