Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview job seekers
- Match candidates with available job opportunities
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Maintain communication with employees and clients
- Post jobs on job boards and social media
- Attend hiring events and community outreach activities
- Help resolve employee questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and employee information
- Support daily office and recruiting operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
