  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure required records are completed throughout the project.
  • Drive projects forward proactively, resolving issues and coordinating resources without waiting for direction.
  • Travel to customer, plant, jobsite, or project locations as needed, up to approximately 30%.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in project management, program management, bid management, solutions delivery, construction project execution, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of data center industry experience strongly preferred, particularly experience on the mechanical/HVAC side rather than IT.
  • Strong background in HVAC, mechanical systems, mechanical engineering, construction, HVAC equipment/OEM, or mechanical trades.
  • Understanding of electrical systems sufficient to effectively coordinate across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Experience managing projects through the complete lifecycle, including quoting, engineering, procurement, production, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Strong understanding of design-build construction projects, project schedules, budgets, scope, risk management, documentation, subcontractors, and customer requirements.
  • PMP certification preferred or a bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project management and construction software.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, make decisions, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Strong organizational, communication, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Morrilton, Arkansas and willing to travel up to 30%.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal Project Coordinator is a seasoned project professional who combines strong project management skills with hands-on knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment and coordinating multiple departments, contractors, and customers simultaneously.

Candidates with experience managing complex data center mechanical projects are highly preferred. The successful Project Coordinator will be proactive, organized, technically capable, customer-focused, and comfortable taking full ownership of project execution from beginning to end.
