Key Responsibilities

• Occasionally paint and assist with facility maintenance as needed.
• Operate power-driven hand tools for cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
• Follow all sanitation protocols in compliance with company and industry standards.
• Assess sanitation needs and execute cleaning procedures efficiently.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to consistently show up ready to work.
• Understanding of and compliance with sanitation guidelines.
• Previous experience with facility upkeep, sanitation, and minor painting tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to work in various temperatures and environments while performing hands-on tasks.

• Moderate noise levels.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures in both indoor and outdoor areas.
• Required personal protective equipment includes steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection as needed.
