Job Details
Our client is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support their front office operations. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth daily office functions while providing professional administrative support. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer phone calls professionally, taking messages as needed.
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Provide general administrative support to staff, including scheduling and document preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and lobby area.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors, clients, and team members.
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external contacts.
- Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to office schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Dependable with a good attendance record.
