Position Summary: We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant (Client Services) to join our client’s team in Fayetteville. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of the office. The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include answering phones, greeting visitors, processing paperwork, filing, and entering new hire information into our systems. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience.
- Process paperwork, including sorting, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Enter new hire information into our systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
