Job Details
We are hiring a dependable and detail-focused Air Handler Assembly Worker to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble HVAC air handler units and components using blueprints, tools, and work instructions. This position requires strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble air handler units using sheet metal parts, coils, fans, insulation, and other components
- Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
- Perform quality checks and report defects or issues
- Install motors, filters, dampers, and control components
- Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with materials and other tasks as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 2 years of assembly or related experience is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
- Experience with hand and power tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
- Must pass a drug screen
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, and noise
- Physically active role requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and reaching
