We are hiring a hardworking and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for one of our clients located in Fayetteville, AR. This full-time opportunity offers steady work and a starting pay rate of $16 per hour. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the upkeep and preparation of apartment units to ensure they are move-in ready for new residents. You will work alongside the lead maintenance technician to perform a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, painting, and moving furniture or appliances. This is an active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a reliable company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in turning over apartments between tenants
- Supporting general maintenance operations around the property
- Helping with basic plumbing tasks and repairs
- Performing touch-up and general painting duties
- Moving furniture, equipment, or materials as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following direction from the lead maintenance technician and property management team
Qualifications
We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician who is loyal, committed, and not afraid to work hard. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset are key traits for success in this position. Prior experience in general maintenance, property management, or construction is a plus but not required.
