We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apparel Department Associate to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Apparel Department Associate will play an important role in preparing, packaging, and labeling apparel products while also assisting with light computer-based tasks related to shipping and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Fold, trim, bag, and tag apparel items with precision and efficiency to maintain product quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with preparing apparel orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly packaged and labeled.
- Use computer systems to create shipping labels and assist with basic order entry or reporting tasks as needed.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working at a steady, consistent pace.
- Follow established safety and quality standards in all tasks to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, apparel, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn shipping and labeling systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks at a fast pace.
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and handle light physical tasks.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
