We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assembly Workers at our Stilwell, OK location. As an Assembly Worker, you will play a vital role in the production of Elements products, ensuring quality and accuracy in every step of the process. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the assembly and fabrication of Elements products based on provided specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to uphold established quality standards and protocols.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all required documentation and paperwork.
• Perform various tasks including sorting, sleeving, bagging, and boxing of products.
• Follow directions from Lead and Supervisors, promptly and accurately executing assigned tasks.
• Maintain consistent production rates while working alongside machine operators.
• Adhere to established safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Facet’s product line.
• Implement and sustain the 5S system for workplace organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not mandatory.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and achieving production targets.
• Possess excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and fit-for-duty evaluation in accordance with state law guidelines.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Familiarity with the 5S system for workplace organization is advantageous.
• Physical capability to engage in repetitive tasks and lift up to a specified weight limit, as required.
