Job Details

Our staffing agency is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker for one of our clients located in Lincoln, Arkansas. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and take pride in producing quality products. The Assembly Worker will support electronics production by assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and preparing them for the next stages of the manufacturing process.

As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling PCBs according to established work instructions and quality standards. This role requires close attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a structured production environment. The Assembly Worker will verify component kits as they arrive on the production floor to ensure all required parts are present and correct before assembly begins.

The Assembly Worker will operate component preparation equipment and assist with setting up the slide line based on specific job requirements.
