Job Details
Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking Assembly Workers to join their manufacturing team in Gentry, AR. The Assembly Worker will perform a variety of general labor tasks while helping produce quality products in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties throughout the production facility.
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions.
- Sand materials and finished products to meet quality specifications.
- Assist with building and constructing products as assigned.
- Paint products and components using company procedures.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours while performing production tasks.
- Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the workday.
- Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
- Work safely in a hot production environment while maintaining productivity.
