Key Responsibilities

• Assembling Windows/Frames: Follow assembly instructions to accurately assemble windows and frames according to quality standards.
• Reading Tape Measure: Utilize a tape measure to measure and cut materials with precision, ensuring accurate assembly.
• Heavy Lifting: Perform heavy lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs, as part of the assembly process.
• Quality Control: Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production and meet daily targets.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper handling of equipment and materials.

Qualifications

• Tape Measure Reading: Ability to read a tape measure accurately is required for this position.
• Physical Strength: Capable of lifting heavy objects, up to 50 lbs, and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Background Check: Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Drug Screen: Successfully complete a drug screening test.
• Reliability: Punctuality and reliability in attendance are essential for 3rd shift work.
