1st Employment is now hiring for a Bar Tender & Event Manager position for our client in Springdale, AR. This is a temporary-to-hire role with significant opportunity for advancement in the hospitality industry.

As the Bar Tender & Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day bar operations while also coordinating and executing events that attract and engage patrons. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced skill set—combining bar tending experience with strong organizational and social media marketing abilities. You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, increasing foot traffic through promotions and events, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Schedule:

• Event Management: Tuesdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Bar Tending: Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Oversee bar inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Plan, organize, and manage weekly and monthly events.
• Use social media platforms to promote events and increase customer engagement.
• Collaborate with management to develop new promotions and marketing strategies.
• Train and supervise bar staff as necessary.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in bar tending, hospitality, and customer service.
• Experience in event planning or coordination.
• Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
