Job Details
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Manager for one of our clients in Gentry, AR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement succession planning strategies.
- Oversee workforce management activities, including scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as PLEX to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Assist with organization design initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement affirmative action plans to promote diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications.
- Familiarity with succession planning strategies and implementation.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
