Job Details
Our client is seeking two dependable and detail-oriented Billing Clerks to join their team in Fayetteville, AR. These positions are responsible for supporting daily accounting and operational functions while ensuring accuracy in billing, vehicle records, and dealership transactions. The ideal candidate for the Billing Clerk role will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple deadlines.
The Billing Clerk will play an important role in maintaining accurate documentation and supporting financial processes related to vehicle sales and dealership operations. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous billing, accounting, office administration, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and dealership records
- Post vehicle deals and review paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Verify financial documents and supporting sales information
- Calculate and process sales commissions
- Assist with dealer trade transactions and documentation
- Process warranty cancellations and registrations
- Review contracts and billing documents for errors or discrepancies
- Communicate with internal departments regarding transaction details
- Maintain organized filing systems and financial records
- Support accounting and administrative operations as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
- Previous billing, accounting, dealership, or office administration experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
