Job Details
We are a staffing agency partnering with our client to hire a dependable and motivated Bobst Die Cutter Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Bobst Die Cutter Operator role is essential to the production of high-quality corrugated containers and offers a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a team-oriented setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with Bobst die cutting and other manufacturing equipment to produce corrugated containers
- Follow all production instructions, processes, and safety guidelines
- Perform repetitive tasks such as stacking, sorting, and labeling finished products
- Monitor machine operations using digital controls and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including picking up materials, scraps, and debris around workstations
- Use basic hand and power tools as required for machine operation and maintenance
- Read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations related to production specifications
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Ability to work 1st shift with flexibility for overtime as required
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record are essential
- Ability to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision after training
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, and kneel throughout the shift
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds as needed
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety regulations
- Prior manufacturing or box machine experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
