Job Details

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and drive sustainable financial growth within our Professional Division. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives by developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and executing an effective territory sales strategy in close partnership with operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities
  • Promote and sell staffing solutions through cold calling, referrals, and professional networking
  • Plan and execute a strategic call schedule to maximize customer-facing time
  • Meet weekly goals for quality sales callsin-person meetings, and skills-marketing
  • Target and manage small, medium, and large accounts based on revenue potential, cost to serve, and probability of success
  • Build long-term, professional relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams
  • Prepare and negotiate service agreements, proposals, contracts, and rates
  • Conduct client site walk-throughs to assess staffing needs and identify workplace considerations
  • Partner with operations to ensure successful onboarding, order fulfillment, and client satisfaction
  • Document all sales activities, customer records, and competitive intelligence in staffing software
  • Analyze sales and operational reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, hiring events, and professional development activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Required: Proven business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with high-activity sales metrics and territory management
  • Proficient with business software tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Preferred: Sales experience in staffing or professional recruiting
